Very food fish and reasonably priced. The owners and people who work there very nice.

First time shopping. Purchased wild Salmon, jumbo clams and shrimp and more. Service was excellent. Selection and freshness of fish outstanding. We had all for dinner and my family raved about the seafood. We had purchased the coupon and plan for second trip soon. My wife wants to try the crab cakes, I want to try the oysters. It was a special surprise.

I bought salmon which was the best we're had in a long time. Much better than the grocery salmon.

Best seafood in the area, plus super friendly!

We were elated to find this gem when we discovered the fish at the local grocery was seriously lacking! Super fresh cuts, great deal of variety, and the women who worked there were a wealth of knowledge. Also felt good to support a local business. Shop local!

The wild caught salmon is awesome. You can tell the difference in the texture and the taste! This place is great. We have had their seafood salad, seaweed salad, crab and fish cakes, their soups. And their Cedar Key steamers which are better than the New England steamers hands down.

My wife and I moved from Baltimore MD a week before the hurricane hit. I met John because I was on the hunt for seafood that isn't bought at a grocery store. I will not buy stone crab claws from anyone else. Great personality and amazingly friendly!

Went for the first time today and am so glad we found out about this place! The seafood is fresh, the prices are great, the store is clean, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I'm a pescatarian and can eat only fresh seafood due to stomach issues and it's been rough trying to find a place that has what I can eat fresh, even in Florida. We drove over 30 minutes from our home to Simply Seafood and will continue to make that drive every time I need fresh seafood. Thank you so much!

Wonderful fresh seafood and clean store

Had a great experience at this seafood market today. The owner explained each of the fish he had in stock as well as their crab cakes. Numerous home made salads to choose from as well. Having wahoo for dinner tonight!

Best fresh seafood market anywhere. The owner is absolutely knows her business and is very customer driven, helpful, and accommodating. I would not go anywhere else for my seafood. Great selection as well. Including chowders and other specialties they make there.

been with them for 11 years now ad on my birthday I asked ms Debbie to get me 6 lobster for my 60 birthday and they were the best I have ever had so were the shrimps scallop osters I had a great feast you guys are the best thing to ever come to dunnellon thank you .if anyone has not stoped by yet u should really give them a try.lois moore.

We've been asking where people buy their fresh seafood in the Ocala area and this is the third place we've tried. It's the winner. Lots of choices and everything has tasted good (shrimp, scallops, bassa). Prices are reasonable. They make several salads and dips and carry frozen complementary options. Hush puppies were good and haven't tried lobster ravioli yet.

They always have fresh seafood and it is excellent! Deborah makes fresh crab cakes, fish cakes, and soups that are delicious. I would highly recommend Simply Seafood!

Had dinner with another couple about a month ago. Seafood was absolutely excellent. Everything is made to order. Service was provided by the head chef and the owner. They both were accommodating, friendly, and prompt. When my wife asked for a substitution for shrimp, it was provided different choices without hesitation.The restaurant itself is very simple but immaculate.The prices were very reasonable. I have paid 75% or double for comparable quality

I purchased fresh Cod from Simply Seafood on Friday, December 5th, 2014. The counter gentleman needs to rewarded for great customer service. He helped me pick the perfect fish for my dinner and we discussed how it should be fixed. THE COD WAS OUTSTANDING. I cannot praise the fish enough. It was fresh and delicious. I baked it in the oven at 425 for 15 - 20 minutes (until it easily pulled apart with a fork) - topped it with some melted real butter, juice of fresh lemon, salt,pepper ,sliced tomatoes w/ Parmesan cheese (uncovered) I then moved it to the top rack and broiled until the cheese was a nice golden brown. Delicious. Thank you Simply Seafood for providing delicious, fresh food. I have purchased scallops in the past and they were fabulous as well. I have also had your crab salad and salmon dip - YUM. Glad to have a place to go for fresh, USA seafood.

I went here to buy some seafood for a seafood boil. What a great experience. Great service with amazing seafood. The clams, king crab and shrimp were on point. Will definitely buy from them again.

This place simply has the BEST seafood around! It is always fresh with a large selection to choose from. John, Debbie and Diane are very knowledgeable about all the seafood and have great recommendations if you're looking to try something new (for me, it was the Triggerfish, which was delicious!) We also love the salmon and shrimp! Oh and the fresh soups they sell ... the crab and corn is OMG AMAZING! Local grocery stores can't compare to the quality and freshness of the seafood at Simply Seafood! We won't buy our seafood from anyone but Simply Seafood! They are the best!
